On Monday just like so many others they had a Cyber day sale.
I ordered 2 items a DAC and speaker stands, on checking out it appeared that there was a problem with the DAC.
It turns out it was not in stock and will not be re-stocked. I was told by the sales person that he would pursue alternatives and get back to me, it never happened..
Up until now the service from Audico has always been good, I pay for the goods and within 2 days max the goods are delivered.
Today after being told yesterday that the stands will be delivered either today or tomorrow I get an email stating that the stands are not in stock and will be another 2 weeks or so...
Emails previously send have also not been answered, I hope I can get my money back.
This used to be a good company I sang their praises to all who would listen, sadly it appears it is no more...
