Yes, yes, I know, "what the audience demands" and all that, but I cannot see how MTV (in its current SA DSTV incarnation) can still be called a music channel by any stretch of the imagination.
Do any of the DSTV music channels still have a decent rock chart / rock program?
Also watched a snippet or two of the new Kyknet music channel yesterday. Fortunately they are no threat to MK (which might not be saying much, but at least they support some good local bands). An ancient Lance James video ("Dankie") for starters. My stomach hurts.
