I want to re-start an old project: getting good sound into my car. My biggest problem is finding a head unit that meets my needs, so I would appreciate any recommendations. I have not decided on a budget, but I do want good bang for my buck.
1. RDS radio
2. USB port (to support an external HD)
3. FLAC playback
4. Single (DIN?) height format
These are my primary requirements. I don't want to have to go out and buy an iPod. Anyway, this is what I think I need in a head unit. I'm keen to hear from those who are experienced in case I am too ignorant to know better.
