What constitutes a high end set-up? In general terms, equipment and performance/sound-wise. Ok...and I know where this can go easily...snobbism and 'just listen to the music'. Its not that, just trying to understand the lingo. 
Is it just purely based on price (new)? Or does performance you can hear AND measure come in there as well? Or is it all just a term coined by those in the need for some sales?
