OK, I am old enough to know that New Year's resolutions work better if you do not apply them for the 1st of January. Deciding on what you want to accomplish in the next year works much better.
Mine is, I have to lose weight. I am on medication and one of the side effects is weight gain. In my case, it was not a side effect, but more like the main effect.
