What laptop and where to buy??

Okay, I don't do PC's , HATE windows! BUT my wife has to use a PC, please I am looking for recommendations. I am looking for a Higher end laptop that is well built, does not have a cheap plastic feel to it, and pretty much all the bells and whistles, it does not have to be touch screen, monitor size 15 or bigger, speed, as fast as the current models can be. Lenovo is not an option, so what do I get and where will I find it cheapest in JHB. guess that leaves me with Acer?, HP? Dell?
