We have really decided yet so can you guys that have gone through it give me some pros and cons?
The size is about 50sqm and it contains a (brick-height I guess) step onto a lower level where the bed will be. The room won't get a lot of natural sunlight as it's in the back corner overshadowed by a neighbours' trees. Some morning sun will come in through the sliding door that leads to the patio though.
I'll be honest price is a bit of a concern as we've gone over budget on this project already. I've gotten a quote for carpeting of about 12k, tiling of about 10k .. but I've always liked the look of wooden flooring so I guess I'm asking your input for that as I have zero experience with it.
