What's your listening volume

On a few occasions I took out my phone to measure how loud the music or movie is and to my shock most times I'm between 85 and 95 decibels which is very high. What makes it t easy to get there without noticing is how it doesn't sound loud and we are able to converse easily despite the high volume.
