Where Can I Buy Sound Blankets In SA?

I've recently moved next door to a construction site and the noise is hectic with diggers and scaffolding erection happening constantly. I need to carry on making some tuition videos so I had it in mind to create a little sound proof section of my studio by making something like what Caleb Pike has done in this video:



Seems like an easy construction project, but... where in SA can one get these kinds of blankies? Would something made with more readily available material work?
