Not a useful topic, but I cannot understand why so many items are advertised, here sometimes, but more often on other platforms, saying "no remote" when the items clearly originally came with a remote control.
I am very hesitant to get involved in such transaction, as the only time I know of where an item was without remote was when my home was burgled and the 'shopper' took the cdp but left the remote. My thinking will always be it may be stolen goods being sold.
On fb Hifi Marketplace, there seem to be sellers specializing in items without remotes, as but every second ad of theirs says 'no remote'.
