Where to buy good tools?

Im in the process of putting together a nice tool box. Where in jhb is good place to go and hunt for good prices?  I know im crazy but im leaning towards StahlWille tools as I like what I see, but im worried about the potential pricing.  Also any other brands that might be recommended from personal experience?
