Hi guys,....Mike.....this has probably been dealt with in the past. Do any of you know where to get damping fluid for my old SME Series 3 arm?
The arm is in perfect condition, I think, and I am trying to see if an old Kiseli Blue cart will work with that arm, it seems that the resonant frequency of the combination (without damping fluid) is too broad and too severe, so maybe I am trying the impossible. I am aware that those old arms are best paired with high compliance carts.
