Where To Source Replacement Transistors.

Hi Gents

I need some assistance in sourcing the equivalent replacement transistors for the below faulty ones.

1. H669A (NPN)
2. H649A (PNP)

I cant seem to find anything at all, unless im going about searching in the wrong manner.
