Where's a good place to buy a couch in JHB north-ish?

I need a big comfy couch... where's a good place to buy where I won't pay the "Sandton Tax"? Looking for something quite modern and funky, leather. Don't like Coricraft's stuff mostly. In the R20-R25k range.
