Which OS to use for HP Microserver??

I am currently building a HTPC using a Microserver. Will be used for music and movies and to download tv series using Sickbeard and SAnzb.

Was considering Openelec as I can use XBMC with it for movies and tv series. I would like to install Squeezebox Server to use for music as I ordered a Squeezebox Touch and it should be received by end of Feb.

The Microserver has a blu ray writer to rip DVDs and Blu Rays, 3 x 2TB HDDs for storage, 4GB RAM and a GT520 graphics card with HDMI out for audio.

What are my options for the OS?
