I was tinkering around, i cannot afford it now but maybe in a years time - which home theatre setup (i currently have yamaha rxv 450 (no HD) approx 3/4 years old now.)
either yamaha RXV 565 or onkyo TX-R577 - my choice is the onkyo as the yamaha doesn't have pro logic IIz - the outputs can also be used for zone 2 and the onkyo still has an additional zone 2 line out ASWELL!
In terms on front speakers (i have surrounds) i was thinking of the following from polk - TSI300 (my favourite) / RTIA 5 (expensive) / R300 (seen good reviews).
