With all the CT / JBG marketing that goes on on Classified, I thought I would share this experience. I recently bought a subwoofer from an AVFORUM member in Cape Town and organised to have it shipped up here by CAPE COURIERS. The collection went fine but that is where it stopped. In spite of advising the shippers of the contents and taking insurance they have maintained total silence when it went missing 2 months ago. Despite numerous calls & emails no one will acknowledge the loss or consider reimbursement. Not sure what to do next! I should have looked at HelloPeter BEFORE shipping because I see I am not the only one! Use them at your peril...
