I hope never to actually make use of this thread. In the case of an issue on the road e.g and accident or if the car "fails to proceed" in the middle of the N1, who is the first point of contact ?
When there's an accident or the like I see the tow trucks and when someone is broken down, I see the traffic police.
Where do they come from and how are they alerted ?
Or do we call the insurance ?
