I'm steaming. I called Time Freight to do a collection for me in Cape Town a couple of days ago. THey said I was too late for same day, but took the request and the contact details and would contact the sender in the morning. Nothing happened.
Since then I've been trying to find SOMEONE in this useless organisation who is prepared to help me. I go round and round between Despatch, Customer Service, Rates and the switchboard, with a bunch of surly idiots who just say "Hold on" and cut me off or put me on hold with this loathsome pompous narrative going on about what a wonderful company they are.
Is there anyone else I can use to collect an amp in Cape Town and deliver to Midrand, reliably and fairly inexpensive? My heart quails at the thought of trying these imbeciles again.
