Wifi security advice

Hi guys. My home wifi has been hacked so what would be the best way to protect it? I did create a seemingly strong password which only lasted about 4 days before it was hacked again. The next step was to block my SSID and use MAC filtering to only allow access to my devices and a long a$$ crazy password that I had to take a photo of to remember. Is there anything else I can do. My knowledge is intermediate.
