I'm REALY hoping somebody here has gone through this exercise recently, and can save me a lot of research time....
We're thinking about installing some tongue and groove /wood engineered flooring (or possibly parquet) in our living/dining area. Any leads or good references in the industry (Gauteng)? Trying to stay around the lower end of the price range, without going nasty.(it seems to me around R400-500p/m??.... But cheaper would obviously be great)
The only trick is that it needs to be placed on top of concrete floors, as/so a "proper" wooden floor will not be financially viable. DIY may also be an option, or at least an attempt
Any assistance would be appreciated.
