Just what am I dealing with...my wife collects and uses fountain pens, so last week 26 Nov, Thurs she orders two bottles of Diamine ink from them. It's alleged that they sent with Dawnwing. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday we called... one problem after another. First DW put the wrong postal code on, so it did not come to us - they tried to deliver in Randburg. Then when we asked where it was Jamie from Write gear said they could not deliver because the packaging had got damaged. After a week we are still trying to figure out what is going on. Amazing how companies blame their couriers and couriers blame the companies. Could understand if the package was coming from Harare or Libya, but this is ridiculous. It's mind blowing to think about what has become acceptable these days, just general slackness! Seems that taking pride in your service is no longer!
