Looking for some advice.
Is there some recommendations of where one can still buy property that has ocean facing views / secure area for around the 3.5 mark?
Looking for anything from Kleinbrak Mosselbaai Hartenbos up to Plet.

Planning on starting a week long trip soon to scout areas so i would appreciate advice.

Needs to be a cluster / house i dont want a flat.
