X4500H PROBLEM

Lockdown serving me thorns.My x4500h abruptly stopped recognizing any sort of connection wifi,bluetooth or LAN ,the Heos app is greyed out network settings also greyed out. Conducted a factory reset hoping this would resolve my problem, but that ddnt help, I also tried resetting network settings but that seems to be impossible aswell.has any1 experienced this and is it a hefty bill to get fixed?. This receiver has been functioning 100% till this morning and doing the diagnostic test is also futile cz it keeps loading to no end (PLEASE WAIT..............)
PLEASE HELP if u have a solution.
