XLR or RCA

I got a Classe pre amp over the weekend and it has got both xlr and rca outputs. I will be pairing it with a Rotel 1090.
Question is, would it be worth it to spend big bucks on xlr cables or will the rca's be just as good?
I curently have Tributaries 5 series cables running between the components.

And then what would the price be on a set of these?
