Needless to say my weekend was ruined when a car took me out whilst cycling on Friday morning - Meet Joe Black style - except I didn't land on another car. Fortunately nothing is broken, but this is my second injury this year and it is not fun at all.
The guy's car and my bicycle (obviously) is written off. After 4 days I can get out of bed and dress myself again.
I was planning on upgrading my mtb only next year, so now I have to do it now, which means I don't get to treat myself with some AV goodies this year.
