Any comments regarding the "latest" trend toward Home automation in SA, guys doing gate automation to Linux are all claiming to do automation but if you look at what they are doing in the States you begin to appreciate what can be done. Automation implies that the control system should think, reason and compare, rather than be a press button and get result.
