I can't say I am familiar with them but I'd suggest you have a look at their rating and any negative feedback on the site, that's generally a good indication of where you stand...

there is no 'correct thing to do' but my view would be to sell your item and what you perceive the value to be. You might have a difficult time selling it if the other item is cheaper but price is not the only factor. You can always chose to lower your price if you really need to move the item...

Thanks for all the feedback guys. It does seem to be the consensus that it's impractical here in Jhb. BUT as mentioned, you should own one in your life time and it's either now before kids or 20 years from now for me :thinking:

Any of you here own a convertible? If so, how much driving time do you get with the top down, percentage wise? Trying to figure out if it'll be worth my while getting one here in Jhb.

I doubt the guys here will intentionally mess up equipment or do things that can possibly damage it?

Thanks for the feedback guys...I'm a little hesitant on the Marantz now  :thinking: in saying that it will be used mostly for music which seems to be a strong point. I'll perhaps look at a Yamaha again.

I'd have to agree with Rodney here. If what you're saying is understood correctly, then we should enjoy all music irrespective of how it's being conveyed i.e the system playing it as I'm pretty sure it's intended to sound good.
