I just love mods like this, easy and free, and actually work. NOW, I just need to get a USB Dac or something better than the on board soundcard and OLD Phillips integrated that I'm currently using for my headphone listening....BUT that's a whole other thread on it's own....

:coffee: So I did both mods on my HD555s last night, and I don't believe in snake oil, but they really do sound much better to me. (Could also be placebo effect) but hey whatever, if they sound better to me that's all that matters. So for now I will hang on to them and see. Hell saves me R2k for...

Yeah Absolutely for the money you won't get much better, if at all. Just take the time to set it up properly and you will be more than happy. If you don't come right we can use the age old saying "There's nothing a few beers can't fix"  :rubhands:
