Some devices like Apple Tv and Roku3(has to be imported) adjusts the streaming of video according to the speed of your line.Min is 2megs so your 3 megs should be fine with the right device for standard def .I am not sure if the Ps3 can do this.

Thanks-the problem is a certain part of the cable will run outside .The only outdoor cable I seem to find is from UnitermDirect-{25m Outdoor Shielded & Grounded Cat5E cable -R 109}.Any ideas  where I can find Cat6 for Outdoor use.

For both ends-just need to add cable.
