Help -HDMI Extender Advice

Hi guys.Need your help on this one.I have Yamaha  rx-a 1010 HT amp which has 2 HDMI outputs.One is feeding my main TV / and the 2nd output - I want to run to my bedroom which is about 20 meters away.Looking at a HDMI Balun/Extender over Cat6 (30 meter 1080p / 50 meter 720p- 1080i)- HDCP 1.2 , HDMIv1.4 for R599 inc vat from HD CABLING.Please advice -would this be suitable for the job.Thanks
