Hi Homer I'm using my 8ta sim on a Huwaei K3565 Vodacom branded modem. This plugged into a Netgear DGN2200 router works 100%. My setup is a bit different but I would start by updating the firmware on the router. Does your modem work with 8ta when plugged into your computer without the router?
