I just ordered some output valves from Mr Valve - and realised that I should replace my rectifier valve as well. I could end up killing the new valves - by using an old rectifier? If this is the case - does anyone have a 5AR4 that they want to get rid of? The right hand side channel starts...

Was great fun re-capping the 3020. It still does daily duty as my PC setup. Hasn't missed a beat... I think the trick with the bargains - is to never stop looking. Now you know to take a walk into the shop during every visit.

Their are a few replacement units available through Audiosources. The android versions all play lossless. The VW replacement is $250 and $80 for DHL postage...
