This section at the SARS website deals with Customs & Excise. They say they are modernizing and implementing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) as they go. We can only look forward hopefully, to a suave alternative to search for a C&E tariff.

One can only hope that this becomes a permanent PayPal-feature after the "initial test period" that ends on December 31, 2015.
