Check your output settings, might be the signal exceeds the available bandwidth. If it's set to output RGB try switching to Y′CbCr / YUV with 4:2:2 or 4:2:0 chroma.

I concur with Reshen, you can only pair the controller with one device at a time. Rather get the Pro controller for the Switch, it's light, comfortable and the battery lasts a lot longer than the dualshock's.
