I hear you. They would differ for a number of reasons. Ironically they're all manufactured in our own Port Elizabeth...  Check at the back of your tv.

Personally I think it is because the technicians feed Q7F owners their rubbish. Many tv owners wouldn't contest the techs and would thus just accept the tv as it is. Thus very few complaints on the 'net. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

Yes Ron I think that exact part is the bit that was typed in transparent ink. Altogether 4 Samsung shops, another multi franchise and the Samsung Tier 2 technicians told me (and I am desperately trying to be diplomatic) that the Samsung QLED TV is too smart to display anything other than 4k...

Nope. Alll of the above outlets and techs confirmed that it plays what it gets as it. Hence my point about their BS.
