Samsung QLED TV "too Smart" to play any content from HDMI inputs

I have now received confirmation from a number of Samsung outlets and Samsung master technicians that Samsung QLED tv's are (verbatim now) too smart and advanced to play back standard Dvd's and multichoice content because (quote: the content resolution is too low).  Image is pixalised and can't recognise certain images. But it can stream Showmax, Netflix and Amazon (low res) faultlessly.

Be informed and be aware of the bullsh!t Bangsum sells. It can be VERY costly!!!
