There are 4 beams like the ones shown earlier with the veneer and aluminium etc.  There are also other beams which I am yet to make. The final dimension of the beams are 1440mm tall,  105mm wide and 82mm deep. Kind regards, Ian.

You can build the enclosure completely from chipboard and keep it that way as a final product - as long as you make it rigid and strong enough  :thumbs: Kind regards, Ian.

For R200 I don't think you are going to manage much if anything to be honest.  If your budget is really only R 200 then go to the local swop-shop and see what they have for you. Think about it:  Even a bottle of wood glue costs R 50 these days.  The cheapest sheet of MDF you are likely to find...
