No, I must try the duet in the same position, could be its the same and I'm all excited about nothing.

Squeezebox Duet vs Squeezebox Touch... Is there an audible difference?

I got a Squeezebox Duet off the forum a few months back, really for the simple reason that I needed a network audio player for my patio area, worked well, didn't blow my hair back but did the job, in its defence its on a relatively simple setup with mediocre speakers. I then thought I'd do the...

Best place to buy a Netgear router?

Range will be better if your client devices are AC. If you get stuck with something give me a shout, happy to help you out with the setup.

Best place to buy a Netgear router?

What's the range like? Give me a shout if you need a hand setting it up. Also make all the SSID's the same and turn off DHCP on all of them except one.

    Best solution for NAS

Yowser, you must have an insane amount of media if those are your storage requirements  :giggle: I get your points and agree with a lot of them, I suppose each individual has his own requirements so my point really was that there's no hard rule on what is better and what isn't.

    Best solution for NAS

An off the shelf NAS has its place, more so if its for a home user / SOHO environment. Best place to buy a Netgear router?

Sorry, I only do new hardware sales!  :whistler: Only kidding, drop me a PM I'll see what I can help you with. ADSL routers often get taken out through the RJ11 port (ADSL line), its important to unplug power and phone line when you have a thunder storm. You might be lucky and its only the...

Best place to buy a Netgear router?

I think in terms of quality, LinkSYS, TP-LINK & Belkin are at the top of the food chain, LinkSYS is expensive though, better value for money in the TP-LINK brand, next I'd say Netgear but again not cheap, followed then in no particular order by D-LINK, Trendnet, Tenda, Zyxcel, SMC, Planet, TOTO...

Best place to buy a Netgear router?

Be careful with using range extenders from different vendors, I'm in the industry, trust me on this one. Netgear is expensive for what you get, just my 2 cents.....
