at any rate , having owned Ls50's ...your best bet is actually a good sub if you want a significant upgrade..maybe even also go for a set of ls50 wireless  actives and a sub..sell the NAD, passive ls50's and 8200's to fund it all

Most dacs today do digital attenuation real well..I would rather not stick another box and set of interconnects in the system What are you hoping to fix? I had 8200's on quite a few speakers ..that would be the last thing I would replace..exceptional amps for the money
