Wiping the paint directly onto the supplied sample is very poor form, especially when it's obvious it's not an automotive part and hence they cannot assume the paint is 2k and tough as nails. They have special test cards for spraying the mixed colour onto, that's just laziness or ineptitude...

Op if the Kuga has been reliable, is only 7yrs old and barely been run in at 114k why sell it? Drive it till it actually gives issues, it will be a lot cheaper to maintain and repair the Kuga than to sell it for peanuts and need to make payments/residual on a newer vehicle.

If the tweeter still sounds fine then careful use of a vacuum cleaner normally can pull the tweeters out quite cleanly, depending on what it's made of. Look on ebay as well, you may find a replacement for a bit cheaper.

Are you using acrylic art paint for the lettering? How durable is it once its cured, pretty tough if I recall last I used some?

For R20k if its in good running order as it is its worth a shot, be careful though as the guy is giving it away even as French vehicle prices go. If you decide to go ahead with it make sure it passes a Cor before paying because some issues may mean it will fail and require some pretty expensive...
