I auditioned the d class amps I think. Thin chassis, and another I don't remember the model. They were not great, there is a lot better for a lot less. Just my  :2c:

If I had to guess, I would say resonance from the unit, but, I may be wrong. Will try some of the tricks mentioned , then I will discover the answer.
