You probably have an issue with the amplifier module. I had a similar problem on another brand. One could open up and measure the main FET's see if they are suspect, but will need a multimeter etc

Depending on your knowledge, skill level and avaialibilty of tools you will need to open it up and investigate, there might be an internal fuse on the unit. The power supply board might be separate to the main board so one could measure there to see if there is a DC output.
