The drill size for M4 is 3.2/3.3 not 3.7. You will not have much thread if you drill 3.7
The recomended size is in fact 3.3 but i always drill 3.2.
Rule of thumb: major dia minus pitch = drill size. In this case 4-0.7=3.3
If you want to play a lot of stereo then I would go for the BX6. I often watch sport(on silent) while playing music in my TV room and the BX6 is not bad. If you plan to get a separate stereo then maybe BX5 is good enough.
I have to admit that i find it very difficult to tell the difference between cd/flac and MP3 320kbps when playing through my speakers, and yes I do stop and listen. My equipment is not the best but on the other hand not too shabby (see below). But I'm a couple of weeks shy of 62 so that may be...
They were my teenage super group in the 70's. So sad that he should take his own life, or so it was reported.
Tarkus, Trilogy and Brain Salad Surgery, ELP at there best
In my home office I have a Earthquake Couch Potato (CP8) It's a low profile sub that sits under the draw side of my desk. It does a great job keeping the low frequencies off my desk where my speakers have to sit.
On my AV is a MA BXW10. Not a great sub but perhaps good enough for TV.
For stereo...
I agree with with Pagan. Getting the music you want in the format that's best is not always possible. Even the best CD shops have limitations to what they stock. Downloading HI-Res flac files cost a lot of money and data use. A well recorded MP3 can still sound good. Just buy music from where...
Spend time with your family, you will never get that time back. I am now near retirement and have plenty of time to listen to music but I would rather be with my grand kids and families.
Audiophile PTA (now no longer) had a tech. who was good repairing Nak. equip. He repaired my amp and CDP.
Maybe you can track down an old employee to find out who he was.
Go to Orms (CT) or Out Door Photo ODP (PTA) and get prof. advice. Do not, I repeat, do not buy from a chain store. Would you advise someone to buy there first HiFi from Dions, I think not.
My advise would be not to buy a package/bundle, those lenses are not so great. You can pick them up for a...
Just added a pair of BX1's in my study, driven by a Nakamichi A3. Very happy. I have a pair of BX2's doing duty as front heights in my HT setup. Maybe I should swap them out, although I like the smaller front print on my desk.
