Hi guys, just an update. I eventually ended up getting the 55" Samsung H6400 Smart TV and I am quite happy with my decision.

According to this graph I should get a 50" so I am quite keen on the LG in this respect and its a Smart TV as well which I will utilize as I have uncapped at home

Okay I thought so, thanks. I also have the option to pay R1000 more for the 49" Samsung but then its just full HD. I don't know if UHD really makes such a huge difference unless I have a 4K Blu-ray player to accompany it
