Have you compared it to anything else out there and how does it hold up. Seems like there's not a big selection of fixed frame projection screens out there at a reasonable price. Also, I see you're in CT too. Any chance you might want to get a new screen and let that one go?  ;)

I've read that the speakers are 8 ohms nominal and 4 ohms minimal. Does that mean I require a receiver which supports at least 4 ohms?
