Yamaha HTR-2067 + NS-P20 speaker package opinion

I posted last week regarding an LG surround sound system.
Didn't go for it afterall following advice I received on this forum.

I would like to know your opinion on this deal.
Is there something else that is better for around the same price?
I should also mention that R7900 is already stretching my budget very far.
