Hi all, Can someone please recommend a tech (preferably in WC) who can repair a Predator. My fater in law is not getting a reply from Oom Schalk. Issue: It starts playing normal for one second and then goes very soft and “scratchy”. Stays like this until switched off.

Update: Considering building a cellar under the listening room and there's the option of using timber flooring. Does anyone have experience with wooden floors with a room underneath and/or any tips on how to optimise this. The timber is a option due to lower cost compared to concrete.

😆 It's definitely happening! I'm including the room in my plan submissions, just building it later. We had massive storms on the farm and some 50+ year old oak trees had to be cut. Might build a rack with these logs.

Which output do guys use/prefer? Does the USB work as an output with firmware update? Info online seems mixed on this. My options to the DAC I am considering is either USB/Toslink.
