Hi all ...
Just wanted to ask to get some sort of clarity.
if I take a small fullrange and want to add a large fullrange for LF help from about 60hz down...
If a suitable inductor say 21.23mh is simply added to the positive of the larger driver and connected in series to the fullrange ... will that work and not interfere with the fullrange and with the load the amp see ? Or how do you keep it at 8 ohms...
What about phase shift etc ?
Or one can change the question and simply ask how to ...
- properly add in the simplest way an 8ohm woofer to a 8ohm fullrange but ensure the woofer only plays upto 60hz and then slope 6db 1st order and the fullrange remains fullrange and the amp continues to see 8 ohm Load.
Tx..
