It is quite a bargain as they have free expedited 5 to 7 days shipping (even to SA) for orders over $300! This thing weighs 26kg.
Now I don't think the power supply on it has a 220V/110V switch looking at a picture of the back panel:
Would it be an easy job converting the existing power supply to 220V?
I would prefer this to having a separate step down converter.
